1. Data Administrator
The administrator of personal data of users of the Badania-Medyczne.pl website (hereinafter: the Website) is BadamySie.pl sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Żabi Kruk 10, 80-822 Gdańsk, KRS 0000844490, NIP 5833398489 (hereinafter: the Administrator).
Contact regarding data protection: by mail to the Administrator’s registered office address (with the note “Personal Data”) or by phone: 22 379 79 97.
Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), the Act of May 10, 2018, on personal data protection, and the Act of July 12, 2024, Electronic Communications Law (PKE).
2. What the Website Is
The Website is informational: it publishes articles about laboratory tests, a list of collection points, an indicative price list, and information about night and holiday healthcare. The Website does not maintain user accounts, does not conduct sales, and does not collect medical data. The purchase of tests takes place in the BadamySie.pl store, which has separate terms and conditions and a separate privacy policy.
3. Information Clause (Art. 13 GDPR): what data we process and for what purpose

The Website does not maintain forms, newsletters, or user accounts. If you contact the Administrator by mail or phone, your data (name, address, subject of the matter) will be processed solely for the purpose of handling that matter (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), for no longer than 12 months from its completion.
4. Data Recipients
Data may be transferred only to entities that provide services necessary for the Website’s operation to the Administrator: hosting and email providers, and, if consent is given for marketing cookies, to providers of social plugins (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Data is not sold. We do not profile users and do not make automated decisions concerning them.
When using Meta tools, data may be transferred to the USA based on the European Commission’s decision of July 10, 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You can submit a request by mail or phone (details in point 1).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The Website uses them based on Art. 399 PKE: essential cookies without consent, others only after consent is given in the banner. Consent is not default; scrolling the page or continued browsing does not imply consent.

- In your browser: instructions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari.
Blocking essential cookies may hinder the use of the Website (e.g., the banner will appear on every visit).
7. External Links
The Website contains links to the BadamySie.pl store, NFZ services, and laboratory websites. Their own privacy policies apply after navigating to these sites.
8. Policy Changes
We update the policy when regulations or the tools we use change. The current version is always available at this address, with the date at the top of the document.
